The Farm Well Trailhead accesses the Fremont National Recreation Trail. This Five mile section of the trail leads to the top of Hager Mountain.
Accommodations at the trailhead include rustic camp sites, an accessible outhouse and drinking water. Activities offered include hiking, horseback riding, mountain bike riding and wildlife viewing.

Directions: From Silver Lake: Travel south on County Road 4-12 (which turns into Forest Road 28), for about 6 miles to the intersection of Forest Roads 2917 and 2916. Turn left onto Road 2916, and follow it for about 6 miles to the trailhead/campground.

Seasonal Access: Normally Open: May-November (Trail and parking area maintained during these dates.)
