Located on Horseshoe Lake at the border of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, Horseshoe Lake Campground offers six camp sites at 5,200 feet elevation. The campground is accessible from Forest Road 4220, and activities include fishing and boating in Horseshoe Lake, hiking and walking.
Directions: From Sandy: Travel east on Highway 26 to Primary Forest Route 42. Follow 42 south, across a section of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, to Road 4220. Follow 4220 south, past Olallie Meadow, Lower Lake and Camp Ten campgrounds, to Horseshoe Lake Campground.
Seasonal Access: Normal Services Available: May-September (Campground may be open beyond these dates with limited services available.)
