Banks Trail Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with great deli-style sandwiches and salads, and waffles that have been called “the best west of the Mississippi!” Beer, wine, and a saketini bar complement the hearty food. Live music on Fridays from 7pm-10:30pm makes the Banks Trail Cafe a great spot to stop for a relaxing evening after a big day on the nearby Banks-Vernonia State Trail or in L.L. “Stub” Stewart State Park.
