Railrider Cycling

If you like bikes and you like trains, you will love the Railrider Cycling. Using unique, four-wheeled recumbent machines that fit on the train rails, riders pedal portions of the historic, 19th-century Joseph Branch rail line. The route passes through the scenic Wallowa Valley with views of the mountains, meadows and working family farms. Options include a 2, 4 and 6 hour tours. The two hour tour is a 12-mile round-trip pedal from the town of Joseph to Enterprise. The four hour River Run tour from Minam follows a river canyon to Rondowa and back. The 6 hour tour is a 26-mile journey that includes a no-host lunch break. This route travels from Minam to Wallowa and back again.

Open seasonally beginning the weekend before Memorial Day and closing the first weekend in October.
