The Rock Creek Trail parkrun is a free and fun 5K community event that welcomes runners, walkers and spectators every Saturday for a run on Rock Creek Trail.
What is a parkrun? Parkruns are positive, welcoming and inclusive experiences with no time limit and no one finishes last.
