A rocky and sometimes steep trail that follows an intermittent stream though a Wilderness. Area and climb to a plateau overlooking the Blitzen River
The trail begins at the river parking area. In some areas the trail is marked by cairns. T rail comes out near campsite #23. Hikers can head back through the campground to reach their starting point. Watch for rattlesnakes.
Best times to hike: Spring, Fall or late Winter
