Full bodied Pinot Noir at affordable price
The family owned vineyard is well worth the stop. They have great staff, a very hospitable tasting area with high quality pinot noir that you will not find in any wine shop.

Just GREAT!!!! Great wines and great couple!!!!!!
Next I went to Anderson’s at 20120 NE Herring Lane. This place was the best!!!!! They have a husband and wife team and they were so super at sharing all the information about wine making. The husband was so great about relaying and explaining all the quantitative information necessary to make great wines!!!! His wife, Allison, was a super hostess, and provided a great insight into wine making!!! I loved my visit and ended up buying a Pinot Noir!!!! I had to call ahead to make an appointment to visit but it was well worth it!!!!! I really feel this place is so representive of the Willamette Valley wineries. It’s probably superb to the rest!!! If you get a chance, this is the winery you want to visit!!!! They have a passcode to get into their property but it’s well worth the visit!!!! Get to Andersons!!!! Plus the view on their property is to kill for!!!!! It’s up so high!!!!!! I loved these people!!!!!!!!

A fantastic find in Willamette
4 of us planned 5 days of visits to various wineries and AFV was scheduled day 1.Cliff and Allison were gracious hosts, Extremely informative about the history of the area and the tastings and comparisons of the wines from 4 different years and the explanations of the weather conditions was more than helpful for the remainder of our trip. This is a winery everyone should make an appointment to visit to see the true dedication of wine makers and devotion to his and her vocation.

Good family winery with beautiful views
We really enjoyed our visit to Anderson Family Vineyard. Allison took the time to explain the wide variety of wines that we tasted and was keen not to share her personal opinion so as not to sway ours. It was fun to see her husband moving barrels the day we were there, and their cave was cool and high tech. Their wines were quite tasty, though we found a few others on our trip that we loved even more, but everyone's tastes are different, so I wouldn't let that dissuade you from experiencing this vineyard. Be sure to make an appointment, and also note, there are no outdoor tables/chairs for lounging per se, this is more about the tasting and tour.

VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
Although the wines were not as "smooth" as others we tasted during a multi day Willamette Valley visit, the grounds are beautiful and the Anderson's are delightful!
