This festival celebrates the invention of the International loved Tater Tot in Ontario, Oregon. Sponsored by Kraft-Heinz Ore-Ida and Revitalize Ontario, visitors can partake in two days of entertainment, All Things Tots – from Ms Tater Tot Competition, food vendors, a TOT play by the Tater Tot Players, tot art, live music, cooking competition, vendors offering crafts, clothing, souvenirs, art, children’s activities including face painting, bounce houses, art activities, photo booths and games galore – two days of fun for all.

The grand opening is 5p.m. on Friday with a Slow Roll traveling the local trail with bicycles decorated with everything from streamers to cut outs, perhaps even with tots.  

There will be a ribbon cutting to celebrate the first Tater Tot Festival honoring the ingenuity and entrepreneuriaship of the Grigg brother’s who invented the beloved Tater Tot which became Ore-Ida and eventual joined the Kraft-Heinz Family.
