2026 High Tide & Art Festival at Ko-Kwel Casino

The 4th Annual High Tide Tattoo & Art Festival is back with official host shop 11:11 Tattoo Friday – Sunday, April 24 – 26.  This three-day event is filled with world-class tattoo artists from all over the country. Multi award-winning artist like Pete Carreno, and former Ink Master contender Mat Valles will be here. Guests will have the rare opportunity to work with these artists directly to plan their next tattoo. Tickets on sale April 3, 2026 in Ko-Kwel Gifts: $15 per day; 12 and under – free admission. Ages 17 and under must with be an adult.
