Maialata at Montinore Estate

Maialata is back. Nostrana Chef and Owner Cathy Whims is partnering with Montinore Estate to bring the Italian festival of the pig to Oregon. 

Experience an in-depth whole-hog butchery demonstration by Dario Cecchini, Montinore Estate wine, a beautiful farm lunch, plus hands on workshops in pasta, sausage, gnocchi and traditional Tuscan dishes from some of Portland’s best chefs.The day concludes with a multi-course subterranean dinner in the cellar.
