The public is invited to join Sidereus Winery for a Axe & Rose Pinot Noir release and Timbers match viewing party to see the Portland Timbers vs. Chicago Fire soccer match. The game will be shown on a big screen TV.
Glasses and bottles of the limited edition “Axe & Rose” Pinot Noir will be available for purchase, along with beer and non-alcoholic drinks. Cajun Papa’s food truck will be on-site for additional food options for purchase.
Wear your favorite soccer club attire, get a photo with a 6-foot Axe & Rose wine bottle sign and cheer on the Portland Timbers.
This event is free. Reservations are recommended to ensure seating. Walk-ins are also welcome.
About the Axe & Rose Pinot Noir
107 Independent Supporters Trust (107IST) and Sidereus Vineyard and Winery teamed up for the 2024 Willamette Valley Axe & Rose Pinot Noir, a limited-edition wine that celebrates the passion, joy and support surrounding Oregon’s professional soccer teams, while introducing fans to Oregon’s signature grape, Pinot Noir. For each bottle sold, $2 will contribute to the 107IST’s philanthropic efforts supporting the region’s youth soccer and community initiatives, which include education opportunities and volunteer activities.
