Clay Pigeon focuses on non-intervention, old world versions classic varieties including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Gris.
The wines at Clay Pigeon Winery can be found at Adega Northwest Winery and Tasting Room. The Entrance to the Winery is through the parking lot on Schiller Street between 17th & 18th.
