Better than satisfactory
Was seated as soon as the person picking up an order was accommodated. If it makes a difference to you, you should know that all seating is in booths, no chairs. The booths are comfortable, not at all cramped; in fact, the table may be just a little too far away from the seats. My order was taken right away, though it took a lot longer than I would have expected for it to be delivered. To be fair, the restaurant had been slammed with takeout orders all afternoon, and I'm sure mine was prepared in its proper order in the queue. The server was friendly and efficient, and I heard her explaining menu items to other diners. She admitted if she didn't know something, but was generally knowledgable about everything. Food was delivered hot (temperature)! Burned my tongue on the veggies, which stayed hot a lot longer than the meat did. Tasted great, but ... I ordered Mongolian Beef, and this wasn't what I was used to with Mongolian Beef. It seemed to me closer to Thai than to Mongolian, on the opposite side of China. Also, I ordered hot (spicy) and there was almost no hint of spiciness. Portions are more than adequate. If I'd had lunch the food might have been too much, and many of the local diners were taking large amounts of food home. I'm certainly glad I didn't have any appetizers or soup! All in all, not the best Chinese restaurant I've ever visited, but there's no reason not to eat here. One other word of advice for fellow out-of-towners: the address is on K Street, but the driveway entrances are on 6th and 7th.

Best Chinese in Town
Yes, the restaurant has very little in the way of "ambiance". It's not where you'd want to take a first date if you wanted to impress! The furnishings are old at a bit tattered. (Unlike one previous reviewer I did NOT find it to be dirty at all, just dated.) But we love this place, because the folks are friendly and the food is quite good. We've tried the few other Chinese places in town and Four Seasons is easily the best.

Great Chinese food
We were a little skeptical of trying a new restaurant; there are so many good ones in GP that we rely on for take out. But we have been craving good Chinese food and decided to give Four Seasons a try, and we were not disappointed at all! We ordered Moshu Vegetable - it was very fresh, tasty, hearty serving, and very reasonably priced. We'll definitely go back and try other items on their menu. Service was fast and friendly.

Needs a clean up
Always looking for good Chinese food. When we walked in, we should have turned around and left. There were few patrons, and we quickly learned why. Unfortunately, the restaurant needs to be cleaned and updated. The carpets are filthy and the tables were sticky. Flies were everywhere competing for a place to land. Our food choices were plentiful, but lacked flavor. The sweet and sour chicken and pork were ok, but they couldn't really mess up a frozen to fried item. However, the "fresh" chicken chow mein had meat that had an off flavor. The wait staff were very nice...however, we won't be going back.

Good food with good portions but overpriced
Just okay Chinese food. Nothing to write home about. Decor is plain and ambiance something to be desired. Had mar far chix and beef with broccoli (which was actually very good). Mar far was okay. Had some sauce on the side in little plastic cup and I mean little.... Probably one of the better Chinese places in Grants Pass.
