They also offer delicious signature house infused cocktails and live music.

Long wait, poor service and average dishes

We were a group of 15 with advanced booking - so they knew we were coming. We waited for 2 hours before the first dishes came out and the waiters did not come check on us or explain the delay during that time. A few of us had to ask for our drinks order which the staff forgot about. When the meals came, they brought 2-3 plates at a time, so by the time the last order was served most of us had finished our meals. They got a number of orders wrong but we were so hungry that we just accepted and ate it instead of waiting another hour, if lucky. The food in itself is bland and overpriced. As a pizza lover, I’d say this is probably the worst mushroom pizza I’ve ever had - and it cost $18!! The cheese tasted strange, and I can tell it’s poor quality cheese too. Our friend had the ribs which did not look attractive and he even left about half behind because it was not enjoyable. I can see both a systemic issue in the way this place operates and a huge lack of skill, customer service and enthusiasm from the owner to the staff. Our experience is not too far from terrible since the food was edible, at least. As much as I’d like to support a local business, I can get a much much better experience for $20 within 5mins drive of this restaurant - so, it’s unlikely anyone of our large group is willing to go there anytime soon

They don't know how to cook with a Wood Fire Oven!

We ate at FireWorks a week ago, we googled wood fired pizza Corvallis Oregon and this restaurant popped up. Mistake,,,,,, first of all it took along time to get even our drinks, and the place was not at all busy. Second, the appetizer came after 30 minutes, focaccia bread with marinara sauce; this was not focaccia it was just pizza dough over cooked in the wood fire oven; very dry and their marinara sauce was terrible tasting. Then pizza came about 45 minutes, very thin crust, dark spots almost burnt, had NO taste, toppings were greasy (what toppings there were, not many but lots of cheese). We both had one piece and gave up, took rest home and tossed in garbage the next day. We will not go back.

Don’t eat here, the kitchen is not safe to eat food from. The kitchen is disgusting. The owner refuses to pay the staff to do the most basic kitchen cleaning and maintenance, and won’t do it himself. Every square inch of the deep fryer is caked with grease. There is rotting food under the line and in the coolers. Mold under every cutting board. Food splattered on all the walls. Working in this kitchen gave me literal nightmares. I left almost as soon as my employment began because Ocean is not capable of serving safe food. It’s blatantly disrespectful to customers. The only word to describe the Fireworks and it’s ownership is: disgusting. This restaurant needs to be shut down.
