Just like I remembered from my childhood. Perfect diner burgers, fries and shakes. Always tasty and hot. Grilled cheese perfect. Go here often.
You cannot go wrong at Bay Burger Inn Praus Haus! There is so much on the menu to try and the food is real, delicious quality, and affordable! Customer service is consistently on point! I would recommend this place to everyone! Milkshakes rock and their burgers, chicken strips, and fries are so good! Thank you my family and I will be returning!
Great old fashioned burgers with all the fixins. But my favorite thing are the peanut butter milk shakes. Oh my goodness it's ridiculous how good they are. The fries are wonderful too, very crispy and flavorful.
Decor is old wood cafe style, not really clean but not really dirty. Service is order at counter and they bring it to your table. The burgers are basic patties grilled, nothing special. The sauces can get a little iffy at times. Who ever owns this place takes no pride at all in serving a better burger, just cook ‘em and serve ‘em.
I've been here twice in the past 2 weeks. It's a basic burger joint. Nothing fancy. Prices are reasonable, except I think the onion rings are overpriced. On my first visit I had the Bruiser Burger - a good value, double-patty cheese burger with thin sliced ham with fries included for $7.50. As an option, instead of ham, you can have hot dog or bacon. Unfortunately I did'nt eat right away on that day, but instead 2 hours later, so I felt my #3 "average" rating was unfair, hence the second visit. On my second visit, and on the advice of friends, I ordered the onion rings ($3.25) with my Bacon Cheese Burger (5.95) for which they charged me $9. This time I ate my lunch right away - #3 "average" rating again. I am told that their corn dogs and shakes are excellent. Alternatives to burgers are fried chicken sandwiches, seafood baskets - cod,shrimp,clam,halibut, hot dogs. Standard burgers topings are lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo & 1000 Island dressing.
