Baker’s Prairie Bakery focuses on local produce and suppliers in a family friendly environment. Their value of friends and family is the whole reason they started this business.
The owner/operator, Chessa, has been in the food industry for over 14 years with a focus on baking and pastry for over 8 years. She and her partner, Trevor, started the bakery with the hopes of bringing the community together to brighten up Canby, the lovely city they call home.
The bakery’s coffee is locally roasted by Garage Coffee Roasters of Molalla, Oregon where owners Sam and Stephany make sure the beans are responsibly sourced and roasted to perfection.
