An all Central Oregon cider, using only locally grown apples known for their superior quality and flavor. Off on the right foot, we then hand craft our cider in small batches that are fermented slowly and naturally. We don’t rush the process. We let the fermented juice speak for itself. That allows the flavors to mellow and blend giving Rimrock Hard Cider a distinctively full and round taste. The end result is a naturally dry cider with no water or processed sugar added.
