Jeff and Andrea Adams bring over 25 years in the dairy and cheese making business into creating a wide variety of artisan cheeses. The artisan producer couple divides their time between work, cheesemaking, running a small farm of horses, heifers, chickens, cats, and their official greeting dog, Nixie.

We stopped in after we had tried some cheese at a friends house. Turns out that although they have great cheese they have so much more. My perfect restaurant is one where you can get a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup, they serve that daily for just $5. We were also impressed at their grass fed beef selection and we even bought a pint of ice cream. We ended up buying some of everything and will be going back soon!
We were able to chat with the cheese maker himself! The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming plus the cheese is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend visiting and getting some cheese!
