Started out rough, ended up great!!!
The person at the front desk was very friendly. The bed was really bad, it has a huge dent in the middle of the mattress and was uncomfortable. We were awakened by the obnoxious neighbors (not hotels fault). After failed attempts to quiet them down ourselves, we got out of bed and went to the front desk to complain about them and the horrible mattress. This Exceptional desk person kindly moved us to a very comfortable and very quiet room and also had security address the noisy neighbors ( I am sure we weren't the only ones bothered by them). The Staff was amazing Kudos to all of you!!!

Gluten Free Food Options Please
Food and Restaurant Suggestions: If you used cornstarch as a thickener in your clam chowder, other soups, sauces and gravies, you could also make them edible for people who have gluten free diets. Grilled fish is an option or panko fried. Your only item GF in the muffin and dessert counter is Rice Krispie bars. How about some GF options there too? Even Fred Meyers has lots of GF and Keto bars that you could make available. (It’s not going to alter the flavor of your foods to use cornstarch as a thickener.) BTW Some restaurants list GF next to menu items on their menus and that is helpful when choosing what to order.

Nice small casino and Sportsbook
Nice smaller Casino with a Sportsbook. Nice to have a place to bet on college sports. The sports books pretty new and right now they are not offering rewards points on any Sportsbook bets. That was unfortunate finding after we went to turn in our winnings. Also you have to cash your tickets within 30 days. It has a nice Ambience and it's handicap friendly. I've never stayed at the joining Hotel but there's tons of accommodations right in Florence just a few minutes away.

Football playoffs
We went there to watch the football playoffs. They had closed the sports bar for remodel at the height of the playoffs. Plenty of square footage and plenty of TVs. That left one large screen for viewing the game. Jam packed, nowhere to sit and if wanted a beverage the line was a joke, . I left. Why they closed the bar is baffling, Whoever came to that decision ( timely remodel) should be required to attend the Super Bowl there. My bet he would look around at the mass of people and think “ maybe we should have put the remodel off a week or two. Sheer stupidity. DONT go there for the Super Bowl thinking you’ll enjoy yourself Wow did you guys sure screws this one up BIg Time. Review from from a longtime customer.

Dirty Hotel
Recently stayed at the hotel for one night. We were traveling through Oregon, and there was very little choice around Florence. Plenty of parking lot space, but as soon as we walked into the reception, we were a little shocked at how switched off/disinterested the receptionist was. No greeting, no welcome, nothing. Our room was on the third floor, and as we walked out of the elevator we were immediately greeted by a really stale smell. Our walk to the room took us along hallways with the most filthiest, stained carpets we ever seen. Entering the room, was a time warp, dated, chipped bath and sink, bed sheet with holes in it. We initially said we would leave, try and find somewhere clean, or even try and sleep in our car, but it was late and we were exhausted, so we stayed. Went downstairs to see our food options, and the bulk of them have closed down, so a dinner of some fruit was it. We have stayed all over the world, Asia, South America etc, and this was one of the dirtiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. I know it was cheap, $168 for the night, but that is no reason to have total disregard for your guests comfort.
