Terrible, would give a zero but it made me give it a one
This is the most haphazard campground we have ever camped at. Had to park the RV and walk the campground, twice, before we could find our spot. Had to pay extra for our pets even though they just stay in the RV or take brief walks. Showers were very random. My husband had hot water but I barely had tepid water. I am short at 5'2" and practically had to stand on my knees just to wash my hair. Extremely expensive for what this is and the campsites are crowded together. We were able to look into the cabin that we we parked by we were so close. The only thing this campground had going for it is that it was in Cannon Beach which is where the function was that we needed to attend. We will not be returning there.

Best kept secret in Cannon Beach
If you are looking for spacious state park camp sites and prices, or excellent customer service, this is not your place. If ultra modern facilities and bathrooms are your priority, go somewhere else. But if all that doesn’t matter to you that much than what you’ll get here is an epic stay 5 mins from the beach and town, cozy little sites in the woods or by the creek, horses you can pet and feed and so much more. The location is priceless - go and make some memories!

Affordable potentially too crowded. Go off season.
I camped midweek thankfully with a low number of others at the facility. Staff was friendly and allowed a change of campsite without an extra charge. Overall all campsites were way to crowded. Tents would be side to side if it was at full capacity. Was never clear on where the drinkable water was. No water faucets at campsites. Affordable however if you can be tolerant of a place that has already peaked and is in the downhill slide.

Great location to stay
Great location, clean and spacious restroom. There is a variety of RV spaces, so be sure to check the website pictures and specs so as not to be surprised with your site when your arrive. Some sites are much more desirable than others. Per other reviews, they have strict rules and you do pay a premium price here. But they can due to the economics of location, supply, and demand.

Charging Hotel Prices for a Campsite
Take your money elsewhere - incredibly rude owner/staff, very small tent sites for insane rates plus extra charges all over the place ($70+ dollars for one night for a very small tent site, plus other ridiculous fees like a pet fee. Yes, really. They charge a pet fee even for an outdoor campsite.) You can find a nice hotel at a similar price when all is said and done. You'll find MUCH better sites for a fraction of the cost elsewhere - please don't support businesses like these if you can avoid it.
