Overall good value but missed cleaning the room

Overall this is good value. Room was fine, comfortable beds, convenient location, and the pool was fun. The one thing was that there was no room cleaning, and we badly needed it - we were given only one roll of toilet paper so had to buy more from the store. Ironically there was an envelope for tips for the cleaning staff, which would be tacky in any case, but especially in this one.

Disappointed.

Not very great. I booked this hotel because of it having a pool & hot tub. Went to the pool room and the room it’s self was pretty cold the pool water was barely look warm had Goosebumps up and down, hot tub, sauna and pool room bathroom were out of order. Was hungry so went to check out the complimentary breakfast only to find out it’s a tiny tiny muffin and yogurt cup, not what I expected for a hotel breakfast I’m used to waffles & eggs. Hotel room was clean besides the random puddle of water. The bathroom door doesn’t latch to shut. Lots of random holes and nails in the walls.

Expedia totally botched it- John did not

Expedia lost our reservation request, so when we got here poor John, the front desk manager was completely baffled. He was very calm and helped us through our trying times of trying to get a hold of Expedia (good luck) and then getting us set up without one. John did an extraordinary job and I’d like to thank him personally and have. What a great company man John is. Rooms are clean with a great view.

Great value

The room was great, spacious, clean, very comfortable memory foam type beds. Rated 4 stars because the hot tub was out of order and the coffee was in short supply. Great value and great location, we will return.

Comfortable. Cozy

Comfy hotel. Nice simple and quiet surroundings. Ample parking. Pet friendly. John and the reception was very helpful. Building a bit old but nicely maintained. Good for storm and ocean watching. Would come back again.
