Very bad and unhealthy.
Way too expensive. Heat did not work, circuit breaker kept popping. Can't use medical sleeping devices as not enough power then circuit pops. Queen sofa bed was broken and lamps didnt have bulbs. Not the place at all if a senior citizen or have any medical issues . Very very very disappointed.

Don’t Stay Here!
We stayed in the queen room with no view and paid Holiday Inn prices! Very small room. Communication before the stay was done solely by email and text. No one answers the phone! The person at the desk knew nothing. I had to go to the office to get the WiFi code and there wasn’t even a hair dryer in the room. The hotel and room is old. It was reasonably clean, the bed was soft and there was heat. No air conditioning though. If you must stay here, pay Motel 6 prices and get a room with a view. That would redeem it a bit. There is no free breakfast either.

Not Like the Photo - Traveler Beware
First of all, the images of this property do not accurately reflect what it looks like today. The listing makes it seem all rooms are ocean view/ocean front. They are not. We spent nearly $300 a night to stay in a room at the back of the hotel that overlooked the slums in back of the hotel. It's not even the same color as the photos. And there are most certainly not pretty flowers hanging outside. We moved the bed around (which was on wheels, by the way) and discovered the end table next to the bed--which was previously hidden--was covered in mold. The bathroom was so small you had to move your knees to the side when sitting on the toilet, since they wouldn't fit out in front of you. The kitchen was long and skinny. And there was a sign stating you'll be charged $20 if you leave any dishes unwashed. Nice. The worst part was the rudeness of the staff. When we pulled up in front of the door of our room to unload, it was less than 1 or 2 minutes before someone texted us telling us to move our vehicle. We weren't planning to stay there long--just long enough to unload. Then, when we returned from dinner, the same thing happened, instead this time the person who appeared to live in the front house came outside to tell us to move. Our vehicle wasn't there for even 60 seconds before we were told to move. It's possible the rooms facing the ocean are nicer, I wouldn't know. But I don't think the property should be asking customers to spend money to rent room #9. I should also mention the "office/front desk" was closed, so all communication with the hotel staff was by text. I want to add that I didn't book this expecting a luxury stay. However, I did expect a clean, quaint, imperfect-but-acceptable room. IT WAS NONE OF THOSE.

Just Okay Room with great view
Views are spectacular. Beach down a fairly steep walk but worth the trek. The room was okay, clean, bed comfortable and clean linen. Kitchen had coffee maker and coffee, fridge was clean. It's an older building so everything is dated. The reason for the 3 stars is the bathroom which is so small we could barely sit and close the door. Didn't shower because if was sort of gross. And the fireplace!! It would not burn wood. Wasted money on a pack of fire starters and logs. if you use the fireplace us SMALL logs or small pieces of wood. It might burn. Unfortunately have to say will not go again.

Truthful
Opinion- Truthfully- As one who has been in the industry for 34 yrs and has a degree in Hospitality Management and manage a hotel. This property has potential- Shady maintenance- Shady housekeeping. Paint job Horrific inside- paint peeling off and honestly- we didn't use the bed nor any of the towels (1 kitchen towel to wipe stuff down) ect offered because we felt it was dirty. Beautiful view but that's it..wine:cheese fire pits would add soo much-again tons of potential- if the owner is seeking someone whom can take this property to the next. Have them reach out.
