Spacious by Design, New all suite hotel, convenient to I-5 off exit 27, complimentary hot breakfast buffet served daily, microwave and mini-refrigerator in all rooms, living area with sofabed, desk with ergonomic chair, complimentary HSIA wired and wireless, 24 hour market, close to Harry and David Country Village.

I am not sure why Marriott has so many brands in Medford but the Springhill is a good one. Very clean, spacious rooms. The staff was helpful although they could not find my membership account. I searched online and found it myself. The high speed internet was actually high speed! I will look for other SpringHill locations when I travel, but I exepect they will be more expensive when they are in a more desirable location than Medford. Table Rocks is about a 20 min. drive.
This is a tired hotel. I trust Marriott for high standards but this place was skipped over for certification. The decor is dark and unappealing. And for breakfast, no bread for toast only stale bagels. And at check in, no king suite was available even though I reserved weeks in advance. We were assigned a wheelchair accessible suite. Really, it’s not rocket science to make sure the guest has the room promised. I am a longtime bonvoy member, so I will be contacting that office as well.
Hotel is five minutes from the airport. The shuttle runs from 4 AM until 12:30 AM. They were very prompt when I called and it was almost midnight. The room was immaculately clean, had a great night of sleep. Breakfast, was very good for a hotel buffet. A very sweet Hispanic lady, working in the area, smiling, talking and making my morning a little bit brighter. I was delighted to put a few bucks into a tip jar. Special shout out to Young at the front desk. Offering good advice before I booked, and helping to make my stay even better once I got there. Nice little gym got a quick workout in ….would definitely stay here again on any visit into that airport.
Flying into Medford on our way to the redwood area in Northern California, we stayed at this hotel both at the beginning and at the end of our trip. Be aware that there are actually two SpringHill Suites hotels in Medford - this is the one that is NOT near the airport. It is in a commercial area, with restaurants and stores nearby, and easy access to I-5. Our room was somewhat cramped, but definitely serviceable, and we appreciated the sitting room area with mini fridge. Breakfast was nice - except we had to leave so early on the last day that we missed it!
I took my kids on a 2 week road trip and this was our favorite hotel that we stayed in! The pool was great, breakfast buffet was good, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, it was close to the freeway yet it was quiet and we felt safe! 👏
