Clean, quiet, simple. No complaints.

Very friendly staff, clean and updated rooms, minimal noise or disturbances at night. Great business center and a small gym, just wish there was a pool. No noise or smoke smell like you would expect at other casino hotels. Was here for a conference. While unrelated to the lodge, it's worth saying that the conference facilities were excellent as well.

Great weekend getaway 😃

From the time you walk into the hotel to check in everybody was so nice customer service is excellent. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Casino was very clean won $1300. Just booked again for July 2,3 and 4th😃

Remodeled but horrible pillows.

Everything was great. They have newly remodeled rooms. It looks nice. They have these beautiful rooms BUT horrible old pillows. The ones that have lumps in them. Need to go to the garbage. I struggled a lot to go to sleep. No amenities either. No buffet anymore too.

Nice rooms, terrible point system

Have loved going to Spirit Mountain hotel & casino since they opened. However, we have been hoping things would get better after Covid & new renovations. Although staff is friendly, service is usually very slow, you need to ask repeatedly for beverages and prices are expensive for what you get. Probably one of the worst casino point systems I’ve ever seen. I think it is because we don’t play slots. Friends/family who play very modestly on slots always get far more perks than we do playing only the tables at much more than minimum bets. When I called to book a room, was told we get zero discount on room rates. That has never happened before. The food isn’t nearly as good as it once was. We are trying one more time but I think it’s time to find another place to gamble.

I went for my birthday

It was a little frustrating at check in I asked over the phone for total cost and if there was any extra fees so I would know what to bring with me they never once told me there was a 100$ incidentals fees so I had enough on my card only for the cost of the room not the extra fee sense they never once mentioned it in our conversation like I asked so I could be prepared when I booked over the phone that would of been helpful so anyways after about 10 minutes they let me pay the 100$ fee in cash so basically left me with very little money as I brought only a certain amount with me to enjoy my birthday I was upset but had drove 2 hr to get there so even though I didn't get to enjoy myself like I wanted to for my bday atleast my room was paid for and the room was very nice staff was very nice but they need to tell people about the 100$ so people can be prepared if I would had known that I could of been prepared had more money on me and really enjoyed my stay. That's why I only give a 3 communication was poor and messed up me celebrating my birthday...
