Nasty Rooms And Nasty people! Do Not Stay Here!
Room was dirty with hair on the toilet and on the bed. There was also a wet used face towel on the sink. Upon speaking with the very rude front office lady, she told us there were no rooms available and we couldn't get our money returned. They are also spraying for bugs in the rooms too as we were approached when we exited our room and the employee asked where the bugs were that needed sprayed. When we asked for our money back, she started yelling at us and threatening us. She interrupted us many times while yelling for another employee to come help her argue. At that point, just wanted our money back. The other employee then told us we were crazy and off our rocker. Finally we got our money back and as we were leaving the motel, the other employee told us to get the hell out of here and threatened to punch us with a bug sprayer nozzle then call the cops. They are seriously crazy here and the worst I have ever been treated. Nasty people, nasty rooms. Do not stay here.

Great place right on the beach! Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a little noisy with people above us. It is pet friendly and our little guys, Pico and Chaco loved it. We would definitely stay here again and tell our friends about it.
Great view, and right on the beach. I was on the third floor, no elevator so you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. It’s clean and the staff is very friendly. Although smoking is supposedly not allowed on the patio some folks do, and it drifts into the windows.
Poor ownership, not clean
My fiance and I went to this hotel on a Saturday/Sunday stay in late December to celebrate an early birthday. When we arrived it was around 6:30 p.m., we got checked in and got our keys which immediately were an issue with the door trying to get in. we could not fit our vehicle anywhere in the parking lot due to the set up of parking spaces and lines for cars to park in. Upon entering our room we got settled in and had to crank up the heat because it was freezing. Around 11 o'clock we realized we had no toilet paper and went to the office but they were already closed, so we drove to the local grocery store and purchased toilet paper for our Room. The next morning after getting breakfast late we stop by the office to ask for t.p. and the lady (owner?) Was extremely rude and had nothing to say about our having to purchase t.p. No apology, reimbursement, anything. Then she pulled out from under the desk a roll and set it on the counter. I said,is there a limit.. or..? She grabbed 1 more and said nothing. I walked out extremely uncomfortable. Cute room, nice bedding and beach accent from out 1st level fireplace/hot tub suite was nice. Little pricey for the place. Most likely will not be returning.
