Relaxing, clean and just nice people.

Our stay was most pleasant considering we stayed while were waiting for our home remodel. Loved everyone at the place and it was always clean and smelled nice. Every room is unique and just lovely to be in.

Nice river view

Very nice second floor river view room. King bed very comfortable, easy to walk around town from hotel. Easy check in at front desk, no issues at all. Check out at 11, so no rush to leave room in morning.

Nice view but overpriced

This is a clean and decent hotel in a good location, but quite dated. The two queen beds were comfortable but took up practically all the space in the room. The seating area was too small to be called that and was very cramped against the sliding glass door to the balcony We enjoyed the worn and splintery balcony, but not barefoot! With the door open, there is steady noise from the nearby drawbridge on busy Highway 101. There was no continental breakfast, only coffee or tea. The price for one night was considerably more than this inn deserved to charge.

Great motel with awesome view

We were absolutely thrilled with this property. They have thought of everything. First of all spend the extra money and get a room on the river. It’s spacious and the view is spectacular. They have charging stations for EV’s which was unexpected. They even have a car windshield paper towel dispenser. The room has a fridg, microwave and a makeup mirror and a small fan which is a big deal to me. Plus nice towels. I will say there is no AC so on a warm/ hot night that could be an issue. The front desk people were super nice which is wonderful. I will highly recommend this town and this hotel.

Great views but room needed updating.

We stayed 3 nights at the river house inn. We had fabulous views over the siuslaw river but unfortunately the room itself was very dated and in need of updating. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It’s in a great location to the town with good parking.
