Wonderful Stay!

I have stayed at red roof a ton of times, the staff there (specifically Hawthorne) are wonderful and so kind. I appreciated every stay I had there. 🩷 these people definitely have such kind souls! Thank you all for being so nice ! I really am glad I stayed at red roof.

Nice place!

The staff was very friendly, especially the manager, Hawthorne. He was very sweet and quick with our check in. The room and establishment was well kept and clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom water was nice and hot. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Place for dog families.

The breakfast was awesome. They are very pet friendly and free to bring into the room. Smoke free makes it nice to walk down the hallway without the smoke in the air. It was not the cheapest, but well worth the visit. Give thanks to the front desk, Hawthorne was very sweet.

Bad experience - stay away!

My wife and I attempted to stay in this hotel in June 2023 but ended up leaving shortly after checking in. We were initially concerned by the poor repair of the hotel: elevator is questionable, excessive wear and tear in room, the hallways smell of cigarette smoke, etc. There were also several shady looking individuals hanging around in the parking lot. All of this would have been unpleasant but maybe manageable except that, as we were leaving for dinner shortly after checking in, a young man who seemed mentally ill (and whom we were led to believe is regularly at the property) deliberately stood in front of our car and glared menacingly at my wife as we attempted to drive out of the parking lot. When we drove back on the property after dinner he gave her a similar look. Not sure what set him off, but he creeped her out so badly that we decided to pack our bags and leave immediately without staying the night. To their credit, the front desk gave us a full refund, but I got the impression that this wasn’t the first time they’d had guests leave like this. Long story short, this place is in bad shape. I strongly suggest you consider a different hotel if staying in Medford.

Great hotel

I have stayed here several times, and been Impressed with the the accommodations and staff every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is amazing. The young man who works the graveyard shift, christian, is Friendly and accommodating
