Not a good experience

My girlfriend and I like to stay here about once a month and we usually have a good experience, but on our recent stay our room reeked of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm constantly beeped. I went down and let reception know about the smell and was given a battery for the alarm. The employee was super helpful and offered to put the battery in but it’s an easy fix so I did it myself. An odd rotting smell came from the heater in the bedroom whenever it was turned on. There were also a lot of smaller issues like the filters in the fan not being clean, garbage under the bed, dirty window sill, no DND sign, cracked closet mirror, broken ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor, and poor cleaning of the room in general.

Needed to come to Eugene for medical appoint next morning . Hotel was very nice , clean and comfortable beds . Would definitely recommend and would stay again . The breakfast was much more than expected and perfect !

Great Stay

I needed a safe, comfortable place to stay overnight following a long drive and a medical appointment. This was close to the Doctor's facility, easy on and off I-5, affordable, parking for my truck and secure. My check-in was quick and professional. My room was clean, comfortable and fully stocked for an overnight or even a few day's stay. The breakfast offerings were more than adequate and the coffee was good. The king size bed was perfect. When I have to go back, will do my best to stay here again. The staff was quick to check me in and out again in the morning.

A Hidden Gem

What an unexpected gem to have found this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, I had a great nights sleep due to it being off the freeway so it was quiet. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast, though similar to many hotels surprised us with real glass dishes and utensils that were not plastic. Even the coffee cups were glass, and the coffee was outstanding. There is a beautiful park next door, and restaurants very close by.

I wish I would have written down the name of the young man that checked me in because he was so friendly and helpful. They upgraded me at no additional cost. The room was clean and very relaxing environment.
