DO NOT STAY HERE! FRAUDULENT CHARGES!
I created an account just to leave this review to notify people. Based on multiple phones calls it appears this hotels scam goes all the way up to the owner. We stayed for business (used a business card to book), had dinner (paid for by our personal cards *with banks statements*). Days later we get charges on our company cards with multiple different claims that we ordered kids meals, breakfast, etc (which we did not). They finally decided they would try to charge us for kids meals and sent us receipts that show a different table number than the table we sat at for dinner When attempting to question this charge (took 3 days of calling periodically and still haven’t gotten through to anyone who can resolved this issue) each “manager” has given us a different story as to why we are responsible to pay. They also blatantly lied and said my co-worker admitted to these charges. 100% lie. Anytime we are sent to “Jim” the manager, it goes to voicemail and it’s full. Convenient. The front desk “manager” no longer takes our calls and just transfers us to the useless full voicemail. We are currently in contact with corporate to try to resolve this. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Skip This Holiday Inn
Old, old hotel. We stayed for five nights and were thoroughly disappointed. The odor of mildew hits you the minute you step into the hotel part. (Reception is in a different building! The elevators are scratched up with dirty carpeting. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of this place! There is no breakfast included in the price. You have to pay extra when you book. They give you a ticket to turn over in their restaurant which looks like your typical Holiday Inn breakfast area. The tickets are good for $13.50 but everything on the menu is over that in price you you end up paying even more! Food terrible. When my husband went with his ticket on our checkout day they wouldn’t take it and charged him $6 for a glass of oj! The pool is located in an interior space without any windows and is small with no hot tub. There are other newer hotels in the area but we usually stay at Holiday Inns because they are usually pretty standard. This one is substandard and overpriced. Skip it!

Terrible Customer Service
Sally is unhelpful and on one occasion was rude to my staff that I sent there. All I wanted was receipts from the stays that I booked for my staff, but she just sent me around in circles. Other hotels throughout the Portland Metro Area have no issues sending me the receipts I need to expense them. Other Holiday Inn locations have no problem doing this for me either! I ended up having to just call IHG customer service to get help. Customer service was much nicer and helpful than Sally.

Blast from the past. Basic hotel. Noisy. No-frills.
Basic hotel. Pictures make it look nicer than it is. Old dirty carpet in the elevators that make strange sounds. Ceiling tiles were missing. The staff are mostly friendly, but some seem annoyed by guests having simple requests. Don’t even bother about asking for a dairy alternative or something gluten-free. The rooms where clean, but the renovations promised on their website only covered some parts like bathroom and floors in the room. In our room the paint was old and chipping off the ceiling. In the parking lot we found people sleeping in their cars, which was not encouraging.

Bright spot restaurant and bar
Hotel is fine. Rooms are fine nothing special but clean and comfortable. The customer service is extremely lacking. I asked at least 5 times during our four night stay for the non functional coffee maker to be replaced but was never able to enjoy my morning cup because although the “wrote it down” they never brought another one. Any service needs were the same lack of effort and caring. The huge bright spot was the restaurant. Food and drinks were really good and our server Trina was amazing!
