    Exceptional service and catering to our celebration of 30 years together, made us feel so special

    The room was clean and great ocean beach front. The staff were kind and courteous. Ros went over and above anything we could have expected for our 30th celebration. The littlest details were not missed. Will 100% be going back. The Hallmark hotel will be at the top of our list in the future

    Disappointed

    We had such high hopes!! Left disappointed. Needs updating, needs better cleaning, Georgie’s staff needs trained better to provide better customer service

    Anniversary stay was awesome.

    It was our anniversary and Hallmark made it one of the best ever. The room was perfect. Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, a view to remember. Thanks to Hallmark for the bottle of champagne! You folks are the best. We will be coming back soon!

    Excellent little hotel

    Rooms have spectacular views of the ocean and balconies with chairs you can sit in. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna area is great and there is a beverage bar for self-serve hot drinks. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. staff is nice. Room service from GEorgie's was reasonably priced and yummy. we Love this unassuming hotel with jacuzzi's in some of the suites.

    Best Concierge

    My wife and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate both my birthday and our anniversary but have stayed numerous times . The main reason we come is because of Ros your concierge . She always goes above and beyond for us and is a valuable asset. We love all the special touches that are in the room when we arrive. Ros is the BEST!
