Crater Lake
Visiting Crater Lake , rooms are modern and spacious. Microwave fridge and an antique coffee pot. Beautiful view over looking the lake. We found a good Mexican restaurant downtown. Checkin was slow and breakfast was awful. Would stay again while visiting Crater Lake, its about an hours drive

New and modern hotel. Beautiful lakefront views!
We really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn. We liked the fact that the hotel was very new and modern. The setting was great, right on the lakefront and we had great lake views from our room. The location is OK, just a short walk to the main street through the business district where there are plenty of good restaurants. The area where the hotel sits is a little bleak at the moment, but only because it is the first new development on the lakefront area, however the view makes up for it. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed quiet and relaxing and a comfortable place to spend time. Our room was nice with plenty of sunshine streaming in and great views over the lake. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had an excellent sleep. The TV offered a number of internet streaming services and the free Wifi connection worked well. We had an excellent shower which was really nice during the spate of cold weather and snowstorms going on outside. The gym was decent with some high-quality cardio machines and a small selection of dumbbells. Great lake views to exercise to!! The breakfast was very good with a great variety of hot and cold options. More fruit would’ve been nice, but at least there were bananas every day. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it to all other travelers.

Enjoy the Ducks and Grebes!
The location looks forlorn till you get to your room (ask for lakeside) and look out at all the interesting waterfowl on the lake. The room is comfortable and has good automatic black-out blind for darkening the room, but the small lights at the top of it were annoying until I unplugged it (and plugged it back in the next morning). The staff was prefessional and helpful. The pool is clean, chilly and small but I enjoyed it as it helps my back to swim a bit after too much driving-time. My only complaint is that the newer mattresses which Marriott favors are too soft for me. Sometimes you can manage a little more support by sleeping cross-wise on the bed.

Near downtown at north end of Lake Ewauna on a dead end street
Check in and out was really quick. Staff was very helpful with directions or assistance with requests. No valet, lots of self park but no for really large trucks. Small indoor pool next to the fitness center. Both look out at the lake. One slow elevator. Average breakfast meal. Room size was average to small, ok bed (getting old), pillows were average, good room lighting but limited power plugs. Bathroom was good size, towels were very nice, average counter space, average shower water pressure. Will try holiday inn on next stay in K-falls
