Very Clean rooms , exceptional customer service .We had more interactions with front desk agent was very professional,knowledgeable, kind while handling guest inquiries. Looking forward to stay in future
My family and I rolled in late without a reservation from driving all day. Lady at counter was able to get us right in and was very friendly. Room and hotel was very clean and easy access off interstate.
This place was very dirty. It was not up to the standards of other motel chains. They had no coffee and the bed was dirty. I would say PASS on this one! There were no outlets in the room. All in all it was expensive and your money did NOT go back into making the motel a better place!
Easy access off I-5. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and efficient. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. Plenty of places available for meals. Outlet Mall across the freeway for shopping.
My father is an 82 year old Veteran. His name is Willie Green, Jr. On 6/17/23 he called the front desk and told the clerk that the toilet stopped. He was told that he needed to come and get a plunger to do it himself. When he hung up, my brother went to the desk to get the plunger then returned it. I went up a while later and asked what the policy was. Maria told me that 2 people had to stay at the desk at all times. I asked what if the plunger didn’t work? Then they would call for help…. Really? I asked if this was explained to my family and Maria said that she was not given the chance. I asked do you think that’s okay? She replied “Well, you didn’t give me the chance”, “if you keep responding to me then I’ll answer however I want “. I asked for a business card and was told that the manager is here M-F. I chose to email and call customer service and write reviews. While I was writing my email talk about me continued while I sat there Let me say that the housekeepers and breakfast staff (Mason) are fantastic! My review does not reflect on them I can only hope that a customer Svc return call happens
