Convenient if want to be somewhat away from I-5. Close to Allworth VA home for family. Close to other opportunities to explore the Willamette Valley. Lots of back roads or the I-5 to see wine, farmstands and nurseries.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past to attend a conference. Although it's off the beaten path, it was great for this year's conference. The staff did provide excellent, friendly service. The tv service can use some improvement. I was glad when I figured out how to find the station I wanted to watch. The first ones listed for CBS and another one were definitely a waste of time. It would be very nice if there was a channel for the program line-up, and a sleep function on the remote that works. The channel line-up seems to be geared toward sports enthusiasts. Although there is a grab bar on the wall of the tub, it would be very helpful to have a grab bar on one end to make it easier for short people to hold on and safely step over the tub to get in.

Excellent customer service in every area, the staff is incredibly friendly and upbeat and they work together like a well oiled machine! Absolutely gorgeous site as well! Don't forget to ask about the spa shower🧘♀️

Family fun for all ages
My husband and I always use Bolder Falls to be with our Son, grandchildren, great grandchildren. It has so many things to do on site every one is happy. Koi ponds, walk around waterfalls. Places to sit and enjoy life with the park and grounds. Restaurant that serves wonderful food to suit all taste buds for breakfast (free) and elegant dinners. Outside pool, hot tub and patios, gardens and the most amazing staff with your pets welcome. Thank you to your staff for being our friends!!

What a wonderful experience
On our road trip through the PNW, we planned to stay here as the amount of driving time worked out well. We stayed for 2 nites and were so happy we did. This place is super comfortable. Forget what you think you know about Best Western - yes of course there is the regular BW amenities (free breakfast, free parking, exercise room) but add on laundry facilities, quiet location (out of the way but not too far) and Japanese garden to just chill a bit (cup of coffee works). There is an onsite restaurant but other than breakfast we did not go here. The employees were all friendly and efficient, the breakfast spread was more than usual, the rooms and beds were good, everything was clean and all for a fair price. It worked out soo well for us and would not hesitate to come here again. Walked through the downtown (drove to get there) and visited the waterfalls at Mcdowell creek park. Can't say enough about this place. If you are in the area, do stop in - you will thank me.
