Wonderful Stay
The Plaza Inn & Suites has been our go-to place to book accommodation for years when we visit Ashland. Nearby, there's a beautiful creek running through Lithia Park where we love to take walks, plus terrific dining choices and great shops lining Siskiyou Blvd. And now, we're even more grateful for the service and attention we've been afforded there. Thank you; we'll be back!

Absolutely do not stay!
This hotel is filthy. From the walls, floors and all. Gross! Plus, there is a smell the permeates the senses. Absolutely do not book this hotel. There are many better choices in Ashland. The patio had chicken bones and other garbage strewn about the floor and the roof. What a view!

Convenient to where we were going and nice and simple. nice service!!! Great breakfast coffee, juice. and cookies when checking in!! Nice little shops around to go to cleanliness was good we stayed in a room that had doors that connected to other rooms wich was a bit weird since we didn’t need it but thats not their fault lol

When bad things happen to good hotels.
Booked a garden view room through expedia, they downgraded my room because they were over booked. The guy at the front desk said that they had garden view rooms, but because I booked through Expedia I was a second class guest and that they gave my room to someone who booked through their website. This is a bizarre thing to say to your customers, but whatever, just refund me the difference in price and I'll move on. It's been seven phone calls and still can't seem to find anyone who can refund me the $39 price difference. I would stay at any of the other hotels in the area, the Plaza seems intent on destroying their reputation.
