Elkhorn Campground

Located on the edge of Forest Service land in the Maury Mountains and nestled under large ponderosa pine trees, this campground is relatively easy to reach yet still has a secluded feel.  It is conveniently located near the Maury Mountain agate beds which host red, green, and gold moss agates. Cold Springs Cabin

Overview Cold Springs Guard Station, constructed in 1934, is a historic site tucked into the Ochoco National Forest. Overview Ochoco Forest Camp is nestled in the Ochoco Mountain range near the 6,926-foot Lookout Mountain, which is known for its unusual rock formations. The camp offers a large group picnic area and several campsites. Natural Features: Much of the area is dominated by old-growth Ponderosa pine. Ochoco Ranger Rental

Overview Ochoco Ranger Station was established in 1906 as part of the Western Division of the Blue Mountain Forest Reserves. By 1911, Ochoco Ranger Station was one of seven ranger districts on the newly formed Ochoco National Forest. This campground is located in a shaded ponderosa pine forest adjacent to Wolf Creek.     Wolf Creek Campground and Wolf Industrial Campground are now being operated as just Wolf Creek Campground, and fees apply to all areas.    The campground roads are narrow with tight corners and RV's over 20' are not recommended.    View a map of Wolf Creek Campground. White Rock Campground

Hidden deep within a dense ponderosa pine forest, this campground is located on the southeast edge of Mill Creek Wilderness.  The campground is walking distance from the Wildcat South Trailhead.  On the way to the campground, you will pass the White Fir Springs agate beds that are popular for rockhounding, but otherwise there are few developed recreational draws to the area, which makes it the perfect place to have your own forest adventure.
