If you’re tired of the same old Thanksgiving recipes, or are simply interested in trying your hand at some authentic Oregon cuisine, you’re in luck! Oregon Bounty’s 2007 Recipe Book has everything you need to impress your family and friends, and convince them to come back for seconds (or even thirds). From starters and salads to pastas, meats, desserts and breakfasts, we’ve got a recipe to satisfy the taste buds of even the pickiest eaters.

For example, you could serve these dishes at your Oregon Thanksgiving dinner:

Starters: Roasted Pear and Rosemary Bisque
Wild Salmon Tartare Bruschettas

Main Dish: Hazelnut Crusted Halibut or Cured Foie Gras
with Oregon Bounty Spinach Salad

Dessert: Belgian Chocolate and Hazelnut Poached Pears

This list of entrees doesn’t even begin to cover the amount of delectable dishes listed in our Oregon Bounty recipe book. Try one recipe, or try them all! I, for one, am going to try my hand at the Chocolate Hazelnut Torte- I’ll let you know how it tastes!

Happy Thanksgiving- may your holidays be filled with many delicious treats!
