Skiing powder in April? Just one more reason to love Oregon! As most resorts in North America are having end of the season festivals Timberline and Mount Hood Meadows are offering unlimited spring skiing passes for $99 and $139 respectively. The rainy weather of March and first days of April have us all wondering if spring will ever show its face. Well who cares because it means snow in them hills and it is time to get out and ride it. We live in the only place on earth that has lift accessed skiing 12 months of the year. Sometimes in our rush to blame the rainy weather for why our love of micro-brews increases in relation to our waist sizes every year we forget about the awesome skiing we have right in out backyard. Get out and enjoy the last weeks of skiing because before you know it the hazy days of summer will have you longing for those perfect days on the mountain.
