Day Four: Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate

Thursday was a chocolate lover’s dream. I got to make chocolate-covered bacon…

“Dipping bacon in chocolate.”

help Jeff experiment with a new ganache…

“Jeff concocts a new recipe in the kitchen.”

set chocolate into molds and fill them…

and basically make a giant mess.

I’m pretty sure I ate my weight in chocolate. It was an excellent day.
