Food & Wine Magazine recently named Oregon’s own Christian Ettinger of Hopworks Urban Brewery as one of 40 Big Food Thinkers 40 and Under. I’m a big fan of Hopworks and reading the Food & Wine piece made me want run out immediately for a HUB Lager and a slice of their delicious pizza.
