Picture yourself savoring a taste of Columbia Gorge traditional-method sparkling wine this weekend as Analemma Wines opens the doors to its production space. In addition to Analemma’s regular flight, the winery will offer a taste of its celebrated Blanc de Noir sparkling wine paired with truffle popcorn or an artisan macaron from Petite Provence. The festivities take place November 26-27, 12-5 p.m.
