The Lava Flats Loop Trail is a beginner 1.6 mile loop. The trail is marked with Green Blazes. A beginners loop that travels mostly through forested terrain. the first 0.5 miles to the left is shared with snowmobilers.

Directions: From Sweet Home: Travel east on Hwy. #20 for about 43 miles and park in the Lava Lake Sno-Park on the left.

Seasonal Access: Normally Open: Winter-Winter

Facility Type: Cross-country Ski Trail
