Slide Creek Day Use Area is located approximately 17 miles southeast of Blue River at an elevation of 1,700 feet. This Area has 2 sites with fire rings and tables. Toilets and potable water are available.

Directions: From Blue River: Travel 3.5 miles east on Hwy. 126 to Aufderheide Drive (FS road 19). Proceed on Aufderheide Drive for 11.6 miles to FS road 1950 and continue for 1.5 miles to Slide Creek Campground.
