Currier Guard Station was constructed in 1933, as an ‘out station’ of the Paisley Ranger District to house fire crews. The station was occupied seasonally by fire crews until the early 1990′s. It is located approximatley 30 miles from Paisley and a mile north of the Sycan Wild and Scenic River. The station is an ideal spot for relaxing, hiking, fishing, hunting, bird watching, mountain biking, or simply doing nothing!
