This gentle trail passes through lodgepole pine, mountain hemlock and noble fir. There is an excellent view of Maiden Peak at Bobby Lake. Forest regulations prohibits use of motorized vehicles on this trail to prevent soil erosion.

Directions: From Crescent: Take County Road #61 for 10 miles to the Cascade Lake Highway, Road #46. Follow the Cascade Lakes Highway about 12 miles to Forest Service Road #4652. Turn left on Forest Service Road #4652 for 3.5 miles. Then take FRS #4652-400 for 0.5 mile to the trailhead.
