This trail travel from Lemish Lake Trail to Pacific Crest Trail.

Directions: From Bend: Travel 46.0 miles west and south on Cascade Lakes Highway (46), then 0.8 miles west on F.S. Rd. 4635, then 1.7 miles south on F.S. Rd. 4630, and then 3.3 miles west on F.S. Rd. 4636.

Seasonal Access: Normally Open: Summer-Fall
