The Grotto Falls Trail has a few switchbacks through an old clear-cut that enters into an old-growth forest. The trail passes behind 100-foot falls. The trailhead offers a toilet and picnic area.

Directions: From Roseburg: Travel east on Highway 138 to Little River Road #17. Follow 17 for 16.5 miles to the Coolwater Campground on Forest Service Road 2703. Turn left on 2703 and continue three miles to Forest Service Road 2703-150. Take 2703-150 approximately two miles to the trailhead. The trail begins just beyond the Emile Creek Bridge.
