Bolan Lake Campground, located near Bolan Lake, features 12 sites, picnic tables, fire rings, and pit toilets.

Directions: From Cave Junction: Travel 28.5 miles southeast. Take U.S. Highway 199 south to O'Brien, turneast onto County Roads 5560 & 55. After 6 miles, the road becomes Forest Service Road 48. Go approximately 7 miles and turn onto Forest Service Road 4812. Go another 4 miles to Bolan Lake.

Seasonal Access: Normally Open: Early June-September
