The Pike’s Crossing Campground is adjacent to Paradise Creek and the Sycan Wild and Scenic River. It is a quiet and secluded site. Facilities include six campsites with rock fire rings and an outhouse. Recreation opportunities include stream fishing for native trout and bird watching.
Gather your firewood for camp use, nearby. The campground tends to be full during hunting seasons.
Directions: From Paisley: Travel 12 miles north on Highway 31 and turn left on Forest Road 29 "Government Harvey Road". Go 10 miles to jct. with Forest Road 2901 and Summer Lake viewpoint, stay on Road 29 for 2 more miles. At paved "T" jct. with Forest Road 28, stay to the right. Go 3.6 miles to jct. with Forest Road 30, stay left at paved "Y" intersection. Three miles on Forest Road 30 to turnoff marked "Pike's Crossing Recreation Area", " mile to campsites along River.
Seasonal Access: Normal Services Available: May-October (Campground may be open beyond these dates with limited services available.)
