We’ve partnered with Roadtrippers to provide a great way to plan a trip around Oregon. So start planning your next road trip to here, there or pretty much anywhere in Oregon.

Horseshoe Bend Campground is sheltered from the traffic noise of Highway 138 as it is situated on a bench adjacent to the North Umpqua River and shaded by an open stand of old-growth Douglas fir and sugar pine. A major launching point for whitewater boating is located near the gate entrance. A campground host is on duty.

Facilities include a chlorinated water system, fireplaces, flush toilets, a gray water waste sump, and garbage containers.

Directions: From Roseburg: Travel east on Highway 138 30 miles past the North Umpqua Ranger Station to Road 4750. Turn right on 4750 and right again on Road 4750-001. Follow 4750-001 to the campground.

Seasonal Access: Normal Services Available: Late May-September (Campground may be open beyond these dates with limited services available.)
