Located along the Deschutes River at Crane Prairie Reservoir the Cow Meadow Campground offers 21 campsites, vault toilets, and a boat launch for small boats only. Fishing is available in the Deschutes River.

Directions: From Bend: Travel 44.7 miles west and south on Cascade Lakes Highway (46), then 0.4 miles east on F.S. Rd. 40, and then south on F.S. Rd. 4000 970 for 2 miles.

Seasonal Access: Normal Services Available: May-October
